Car Giveaway for Veterans in Need. Henri’s Auto Repair will give away cars to deserving veterans on Nov. 17. Burrillville-based NEHOV (New Englanders Helping our Veterans) is coordinating applications through its website, nehov.org. Fill out a short application, including proof of veteran or military status, and briefly describe why you should receive a free car. Applications close midnight Friday, Nov. 14. WOON radio (AM 1240, FM 99.5) will announce winners between 8 and 9 a.m. Monday, Nov. 17.
