Operation Encore: a Veteran Music Project is putting on a concert at the Jamestown Arts Center (Winglore Spirits is sponsoring and will provide a complimentary whiskey tasting with ticket purchase). We have been lucky enough to get an artist into the Folk Festival lineup over the last four years, and this year we are doing a concert fundraiser with this year's Folk Festival artist, Stephen Covell, and a Folk Fest alum (the 1st Operation Encore artist accepted into the folk Festival), Logan Vath.
