Lock Box Program

Program Description

The Bristol Police Department will provide a Real Estate type lock box and install the lock box on the property of the participant. The participant will provide a key to a door that will be accessed during a medical emergency in which the participant would not be able to unlock the door and allow Rescue to enter. The lock box location and code is kept in the Police Department's dispatch site file.

Services

  • The Bristol Police Department is offering our disabled Bristol Veterans an enrollment into our Lock Box program. The program is at no cost to our Veterans.

Eligibility

  • A Veteran resident of the Town of Bristol, who lives alone, has a disability in which he/she may be at risk of not being able to unlock/open door for Rescue.
