Program Description

The Military Mortgage Team provides education to veterans and active military on the benefits of homeownership while promoting awareness of veteran’s needs and benefits in the civilian community

Eligibility

Eligibility for the VA loan is defined as Veterans who served on active duty and have a discharge other than dishonorable after a minimum of 90 days of service during wartime or a minimum of 181 continuous days during peacetime. Your Military Mortgage team will assist Veterans in obtaining the Certificate of Eligibility (COE). This can be obtained electronically or by written request via mail by completing the VA Form 26-1880.

• Educational Homebuyer Seminars for Veterans
• Educational Seminars for realtors on the benefits of working with Veterans
• Partnering with local organizations including the RI Army National Guard and various non-profits to sponsor, promote and volunteer at events benefiting Veterans
• Promoting awareness of the American Warrior Initiative
