Program Description

The Providence VA Medical Center has a dedicated Homeless Outreach Coordinator, Sean Lonergan, who can be contacted directly for assistance.

Homeless veterans and service providers requiring assistance can also call the National Call Center for Homeless Veterans at 1-877-4AID VET (877-424-3838). Callers will receive a follow-up contact from staff at the Providence VA Medical Center Homeless Program within one business day.

• Assistance in accessing health care and other benefits.
• Case management.
• Rehousing services.
