Veterans Cafe to Serve Up Meals and Connections to Services in East Providence

 

 

What:

Rhode Island's Office of Veterans Services and Meals on Wheels of Rhode Island will host a Veterans Cafe in East Providence on Wednesday. What is the Veterans Café? Cafes are held once a month across the state and are a FREE social dining experience for Veterans and their loved ones. Local community partners such as Veterans Affairs Providence Healthcare System and the RI Department of Human Services also attend, so Veterans can make one-on-one connections, access on-the-spot claims, file for benefits - all over a nutritious meal.
